An even better loader

The Lundberg loader is known for its many good qualities: high lift height, great lifting capacity across the height range, rigid structure, well-functioning stabilizer, and short reach in front of the front wheels. In designing the new loader, the goal was to retain these qualities while improving visibility.

The 60 series loader achieves these goals well. Lifting forces, dimensions, and reach are close to earlier models. Visibility has improved considerably thanks to lower and wider boom arms. Diagonal forward visibility to both sides is also excellent.

The stabilizer solution is completely new. The previously used mechanical stabilizer has been replaced with an electro-hydraulic version, simplifying the loader’s structure and making it easier to service. The new stabilizer also allows for work tool-specific settings in different loader positions.

A cabin designed around the operator

The glass surfaces of the new cabin are significantly larger and extend lower than before. The door is still fully glazed but is now wider. The whole cabin frame is wider, and space is well utilized because the loader has not forced a narrowing at the front. A vertical rear window increases headroom.

More storage space has been added, and there is enough room for installing modern accessories such as tablets, phones, and control devices.

New software and better ergonomic controls

The 60 series software is similar in interface and features to the proven, easy-to-use Lännen multipurpose machine system.

Operators now have more comprehensive profiles for both driver- and tool-specific settings. The display is larger, clearer, and touch-operated. Functions can also be controlled with a rotary knob.

The control lever is completely new, with more buttons and three rollers instead of two, allowing functions to be grouped more effectively. Both the armrest buttons and control lever functions are more freely and clearly customizable.

The steering wheel and column are also new, enabling a slimmer and lower dashboard.

Lower engine hood creates space for tools

Power comes from the proven Deutz engine. The exhaust aftertreatment system has been redesigned, allowing for a much lower engine hood – about 25 cm lower. This enables the installation of larger work tools without increasing the machine’s total height. Rear visibility has also improved significantly.

Work tool recognition with RFID technology

The new range also updates the options list. In addition to familiar accessories, RFID-based work tool recognition is now available, which can be added to existing tools. Tool recognition enables automatic switching of work tool profiles, so the operator does not need to manually change settings when switching tools.
